From ballrooms to boardrooms and every room in between, our flexible Calgary meeting spaces can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements. All our private meeting and convention space offers unobstructed views throughout each room, natural lighting (in most rooms), and secured facilities for your comfort. Elegant artwork and natural sandstone walls in many meeting rooms set a luxurious tone for a business meeting or conference that is as memorable as it is productive.

To ensure your meeting fulfills your standards, all of our Calgary hotel meeting and banquet rooms offer state of the art lighting and sound systems, and individual controls for heat / air conditioning, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V and 220V single-phase electricity.

Imperial Ballroom
We are proud to offer the largest hotel ballroom in Calgary. Elegant and versatile, the Imperial Ballroom boasts 13,500 square feet of usable space, 21 foot ceilings with multiple hang points, pillar-free floor space and warm, inviting colours. From industry conferences to memorable gala banquets, the Imperial Ballroom easily converts into nine separate sections.

Grand Foyer
Adjacent to the Imperial Ballroom is our magnificent Grand Foyer, ideal for a welcoming breakfast buffet, a pre-function cocktail reception or a feature location for exhibit booths. The Grand Foyer also includes a coat check and registration area.
Neilson Rooms
Ideal for smaller functions, the four separate Neilson rooms are on a private floor of the hotel. Beautiful details such as natural lighting from windows overlooking Stephen Avenue Walk, original artwork and sandstone walls from historic Calgary buildings create an inspiring setting for productive gatherings.

The two larger Neilson rooms are ideal for interactive training sessions, brainstorming or a meal for up to 60 people, while the two smaller rooms are perfect for board meetings and breaks for events for less than 20.
Stephen Room
Choose our junior ballroom for impressive events on a slightly smaller scale. Floor-to-ceiling windows and original artwork, make the Stephen Room an elegant room for classic receptions for 150 to 180 guests. An available air wall lets you divide this space into two sections. The Stephen Room also has access to the Grand Foyer.
Centre Street Rooms
Overlooking the Calgary city skyline, the Herald, Doll, Bannerman and Walker rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, flexible set up options and original artwork on the walls. Combine the two spaces to accommodate larger groups or use each room individually for more intimate gatherings.
McTavish Boardroom
When you need a space to get down to business, nothing compares to our McTavish Boardroom. Whether you’re planning an all-day session or a working lunch, the oval, cherry-wood boardroom table and ergonomically-precise Herman Miller chairs are sure to inspire success.
Unique Spaces
The Gallery
Put your good taste on display at an event for 40 in The Gallery. Once reserved for talented artists to display their work, this space overlooks Stephen Avenue and boasts eclectic artwork and original sandstone walls.

The Atrium
Create a memorable event for up to 80 guests in the Atrium. This spectacular event space features heated stone tile floors, natural wood accents and windows that wrap from the floor to over your head, providing the most stunning views of the city.
+15 Walkway
Enjoy enclosed access to the CalgaryTELUS Convention Centre directly from the second level of our hotel. This convenient walkway makes it simple to expand your meeting into the Calgary Convention Centre.
